Frequently Asked Questions

What kind of techniques do you use?

I mainly use cognitive behavioral therapy and solution focused therapy.  However, there is no one size fits all method.  Individuals require individualized service.  I take what you bring and what will work best for you and create your own personalized plan.

What can I expect working with you?

You can expect a calm, laid back environment with no judgement.  While I do keep it real and may challenge you, you will recognize that it is only designed to get you to be your best self. My desire is that you are comfortable and feel more and more empowered and equipped to tackle life after each session.

How long is therapy?

Sessions can range anywhere from 30-60 minutes depending on the need and service.   Some individuals can work out their issues in a few months, while others may take years.  We can discuss what options may work best for you!

Do you offer services in person or via Telehealth?

I currently offer both in person and Telehealth Services in Georgia.  If you are a North Carolina client, I only have virtual options at this time.
If you choose Telehealth, rest assured that  a secrue client portal is accessible from the convenience of your home or other safe environment.     Telehealth also offers you more flexible hours for scheduling.

Where are you located?

My office is located  at 10 N Clarendon Avenue, Ste. B in Avondale Estates, GA, a suburb of Atlanta.  It is a secure site with limited, but free parking.
